No, only after the subscription period has passed. The subscription period is one year and start directly after receiving the first payment.
Please note: if you want to unsubscribe the subscription, do so two months before the ending of the subscription period by sending an email to Service@hseqdirect.com.
Once your registered you can immediately upgrade the number of users.
